About Jeannelle:

Jeannelle Ramírez is an ethnomusicologist, public folklorist, and non-profit professional. Her research focuses on technology, festivals, and Latinidad. Ramirez organizes an experimental Latine performance festival in Austin. She has worked with various arts nonprofits as a program manager, grant writer, and board member. She holds a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology from the University of Texas at Austin.
